PRAYER IN W.P.No. 34236/2012: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned order of the fifth respondent in Lr.No. 120159/160s/61/ED/JAO/Rev.I/S.II/0-4-2003/3942 dated 25.09.2012 in demanding payment of Rs.10,55,397/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty Five Thousands Three Hundred and Ninety Seven only) towards the Electricity Charges arrears for the service connections under 03-12-02-0161 and subsequent orders thereon and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and direct the respondents to restore the electricity supply to the petitioner.
