This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by this Honourable Court in W.P.No.6047 of 2014.

ORDER

This Court by order dated 28.2.2014 directed the respondents to implement the order of counting half of the

service rendered by the petitioners that was passed in W.P.Nos.6040 to 6048 of 2014. Since the orders have not been complied with within a specific time, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate submitted that now that the respondents have complied with the order and necessary Government Order has also been issued.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is closed. SD/- JOINT REGISTRAR(OS)I/C kua //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2017.
