ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No.54 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a final year law graduate and she wants to complete the trial early. Therefore, this petition.
3.This Court finds that the case in C.C.No.54 of 2022 is a recent case filed only in the year 2022. No statistics is placed before me to show the current pendency of the cases on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. Therefore, prayer for fixing time limit for the disposal of case in C.C.No.54 of 2022 cannot be entertained. However, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to dispose the case in C.C.No.54 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
