This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2021 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2021 for 2/8
issuance of patta has been considered and the same was granted.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 27.06.2022 ep Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No 3/8

This petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in para-2 of the order dated 27.6.2022, though the it was informed by the learned Government Advocate that the representation of the petitioner for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was granted, however, a typographical error has crept in and it has been wrongly typed as rejected. Therefore, he prays necessary correction in the said order.
3. A perusal of para-2 of the order dated 27.6.2022, it is seen that though the learned Government Advocate had submitted that patta has been considered and granted, yet the last word of para-2 of the said order, it has been typed as "rejected". In the above circumstances, the last word "rejected" as appearing in para-2 of the order shall stand replaced with the word "granted".
