He says that the detenu was arrested on 03.11.2017 in Crime No.72 of 2017 on the file of Dakkuli Police Station (in Andra Pradesh) under Sections 147, 148, 447, 379, 307 and 2(i) of the Forest Amendment Act and he is presently lodged at Sub Jail, Nellore.
