ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to give Police protection to the petitioner for cultivating crops in the petitioner's property.

forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer and the proceedings is pending before the RDO.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police.

4. In such a view of the matter, this Court cannot grant any blanket police protection and the parties shall await for the outcome of the proceedings initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
