Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to do the survey of the petitioner's land in S.No.92/4, New Survey No.92/4B spread over 0.12 1⁄2 cents, at Velankanni Village, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District, with the aid of the second respondent.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that her maternal grandmother had purchased a land admeasuring to an extent of about 0.25 cents in Survey No.92/4, Velankanni Village, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District and after her lifetime, the property was divided equally https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
between the petitioner and and her sister and patta also stands in her name and the petitioner requires survey of the said property and in this regard, submitted an application and also paid necessary charges to the Treasury on 11.3.2015, and since the survey has not been done, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the representation/application dated 11.3.
2015, directs the first respondent to consider the said representation/application, in accordance with law and after putting on notice, the persons concerned, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
