2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.B.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 659 days in preferring the Crl.A. is condoned and accordingly, the petition is allowed.
