Crl.M.P.No.2987 of 2020 in Crl.A.SR.No.10233 of 2020 Crl.M.P.No.2987 of 2020 in Crl.A.SR.No.10233 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 659 days in filing the above Crl.A.SR.No.10233 of 2020 against the acquittal of the respondent/accused in S.C.No.36 of 2014 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu dated 29.01.2018 .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.B.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 659 days in preferring the Crl.A. is condoned and accordingly, the petition is allowed.
