ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 132(1)(2) CGST Act 2017 in GST/INS-01/521/2021-2022, on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the undertaking given by him that the petitioner will participate in the enquiry, protection of interim bail was granted by this Court on 05.04.2022.

3. Today, the learned Special Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner has not appeared before the Investigating Officer and participated in the enquiry as promised.
