ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.04.2013 passed in WP.No.6358 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.04.2013 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.16 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 01.03.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
