ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing of 12.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file the translated copies of the documents, which are in Tamil language. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to 07.10.2025.

2. On 07.10.2025, the petitioner failed to file the translated copies. Hence, this Court adjourned the matter with a specific direction that failure to file the translated copies by the next date of hearing would result in dismissal of Writ Petition.

3. Even today, there is no compliance with the said direction.

4. In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13-10-2025 JAI
