O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the lock and to give protection through 3rd respondent for the peaceful enjoyment of their land. 2.

Heard Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

It is seen that the dispute is between the family members with regard to possession and enjoyment of the disputed property. It is also seen that the petitioner had already approached this Court seeking police protection in Crl.O.P.No.4219 of 2019 and this Court by an order dated 15.02.2019, directed the revenue officials to survey the land and the land is also surveyed. Now, the petitioner's main grievance is that the crops cultivated in that land is about to be harvested. Hence, he seeks police protection for the same. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without going into merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent police to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.02.2019 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
