The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 268 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, as against the acquittal judgment dated 10.03.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 268 days is condoned and this petition stands ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
