This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to fix a time frame for disposal of O.S.No.129 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2. Being aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit for eviction, filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is filed. Inspite of lot of opportunities, the respondent/defendant indulged in protracting the proceedings alleging the dilatory tactics against the petitioner.

3. Admittedly, the suit is filed in the year 2011. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits, this Court issues a direction to the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.129 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
