This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.4594 of 2016, by order dated 27.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2656 of 2004 and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 27.09.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
