O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The review application has been filed to review the order dated 02.12.2019 passed in W.P.No.33630 of 2019.

Mr.S.Sadasharam, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the review applicant would submit that the Division Bench of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in the order dated 31.01.2019 in W.P.(MD).No.2018 to 2032 of 2019, directed the Principal District Judge to consider the claim of the temporary Typists for permanent absorption. However, another Division Bench of this court at later point of time, elaborately adjudicated the issues and delivered judgment on 30.04.2019 in W.P.No.6378 of 2018 etc. Page No.2 of 5

The Division Bench considered the issues on merits and issued various directions. Pursuant to the directions, the cases of the eligible temporary employees were considered by the Judicial Department. The said judgment was followed in the case of review applicant in W.P.No.33630 of 2019.

Therefore, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order sought to be reviewed nor the review applicant could able to establish any error apparent for the purpose of entertaining the review application.
