Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records relating to the order of detention B.D.F.G.S..S.V.NO.994/2014 dated 18/08/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the detenue PETITIONER'S BROTHER, SALEEM@ OLLAI SALEEM SON OF T.K.USMAN AGED 27 YRS who is presently detained in the Central Prision PUZHAL CHENNAI to be produced before this Hon`ble court and set at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - SALEEM @ OLLAI SALEEM, in B.D.F.G.S..S.V.NO.994/2014 dated 18/08/2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5040, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 07.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
