ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1725 of 2025 by order dated 27.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.1725 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
