the land in R.S.No.54/7 of Thindal Village to the extent of 1269 sq.feet is concerned in accordance with law.
Writ Petition No.4871 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide Memo.No.Na.Ka.12947/2012/UI dated 16.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue Patta to the petitioner relating to the land in R.S.No.54/7 of Thindal Village to the extent of 1486 sq.feet is concerned in accordance with law.
Writ Petition No.4872 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide Memo.No.Na.Ka.12947/2012/UI dated 16.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue Patta to the petitioner relating to the land in R.S.No.54/7 of Thindal Village to the extent of 2686 sq.feet is concerned in accordance with law.
Writ Petition No.4873 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide Memo.No.Na.Ka.12947/2012/UI dated 16.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue Patta to the petitioner relating to the land in R.S.No.54/7 of Thindal Village to the extent of 3100 sq.feet is concerned in accordance with law.
