This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records P.E.W, Kondalampatti Police Station, Crime No.1526/2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sangagiri and to quash the order dated 16.12.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1526 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.112 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sangagiri for offences under Sections 4(1)(AAA) and 7 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and the accused have also been acquitted on 17.04.2013. A copy of the judgment of acquittal is furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
