Learned Advocate Commissioner filed his report dated 06.04.2023, stating that she had executed the warrant with great difficulties and seized the vehicle and handedover the same to the applicant. She would further submit that during the process of executing the warrant, though the Police personnel were present, she faced lot of threats from the respondent. She has also filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.60,000/-. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to sell the vehicle and as regards the additional remuneration sought by the learned Advocate Commissioner, she would submit that they would comply it, if any order is passed in this regard. 3.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
