The prayer in this petition is to to set aside the order passed by the District Judge at Karaikal on 16.02.2011 in Criminal Revision Petition No.7/2010 enhancing the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Karaikal dated 21.04.2010 in M.C.No.42/2009 by dismissing Criminal Revision 8/10. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent died. Since the respondent is reported dead, nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal original petition is closed.
