ORDER

Though the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of the order passed by the respondent dated 04.03.2014, however, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the EPF contribution for the period mentioned in the impugned order.

2. In view of the above submissions, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
