The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner further submitted that the writ petitioner had received a reply from the respondent and he has to file a fresh writ petition challenging the same. In view of this, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
