The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in C.C. No.109 of 2010 proceedings pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District and quash the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 26.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
