] This petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in A.S.No.973 of 2012, namely Pappathi.

2.The legal representatives of the deceased Pappathi have already been brought on record in connected Cross Objection No.9 of in A.S.No.904 of 2012.

Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel who appeared for the legal representatives of the deceased Pappathi in the said Cross Objection, submits that he has filed vakalat for the proposed respondents in this petition also and he has no objection for ordering this petition. 3.Hence, this petition is ordered.
