Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Direct the Management to maintain status quo as obtaining at 10.45 am on 21.07.2017,(in WMP.No.21612/2017)and (ii)Issue an order of ad - interim injunction restraining the 3rd and 4th respondent to act upon the second Show cause notice issued to Mr.Govindaraj on 15/07/2017 (in WMP.No.20096/2017) pending disposal of the above WP.No.18533/2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.K.DHANANJAYAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the 1 & 2 respondents in both the petitions and of M/S.ANANDGOPALAN, by M/S.T.S.GOPALAN & CO., for the 3rd respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the Respondent/Management that the order of dismissal passed against the petitioner Association one Mr.A.Govindaraj, E.No.103248, is kept in abeyance and wages also will be paid. No further consideration is required to be shown in these Miscellaneous Petitions.
