ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition alleging disobedience by the respondent of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27303 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017. By the said order, this Court has passed an order directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.08.2017 and after hearing the petitioner, appropriate orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date of receipt of a copy of the order. After passing of

the said order, dated 26.10.2017, the respondent-authority, by order dated 05.01.2018, has considered the said representation and rejected the same.

Instead of questioning the said order of the respondent, dated 05.01.2018, the present Contempt Petition has been filed, which is misconceived. Since final orders have been passed on the said representation, I am of the view that the respondent has not committed any contempt and hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 05.01.2018, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
