This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.6743 of 2014 dated 01.04.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner in Crime No.38 of 2015 on the file of respondent for offences u/s. 120(B), 419,420,423,465,468,471 IPC.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner. This petition shall stand closed.
