This application has been filed for raising the order of attachment dated 31.08.2017 in A.No.3675 of 2017 passed by this Court and communicate the same to the Sub-Registrar, Vellipattinam.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the respondents initially submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Therefore, the order of attachment passed by this Court in A.No.3675 of 2017 dated 31.08.2017 may be raised.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order passed by this Court in A.No.3675 of 2017 dated 31.08.2017 is raised.

4. Registry is directed to communicate the same to the Sub-Registrar Office, Vellipattinam.
