CMP.No.4325 of 2018 in S.A.No.1247 of 2012 R.KALAIMATHI,J This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent namely Chinnamani and array them as respondents 4 to 6 in S.A.No.1247 of 2012.

2. Mr.S.Mukunth, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed respondents 4 to 6 and has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, CMP.No.4325 of 2018 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.
