ORDER

(made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.) The writ petitioner complains of alleged encroachment on the Railway Border at First Street, Kaveri Nagar, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015.

2. According to the petitioner, the western side of the entire stretch of the street has been encroached upon and that such encroachment is impeding the free flow of traffic. It is asserted that in spite of submitting representation dated 27.11.2020, no action has been taken thereon.

3. Accordingly, without examining the merits of the representation dated 27.11.2020, the Greater Chennai Corporation is directed to consider the representation dated 27.11.2020 and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties affected thereby.

4. W.P.No.7141 of 2021 is disposed on the above terms. There will be no order as to costs.
