Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. The petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, they lost their son, who was the bread winner of the family, and due to financial constraints, delay of 224 days occurred in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 224 days shall stand waived.
