ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders on the representation, dated 06.02.2023 and send the order to the petitioner immediately.

2. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the 3rd respondent has passed the final orders on 10.03.2023 and a copy of the said order is also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondents has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as he acknowledged the receipt of the said order copy of the 3rd respondent in the Court bundle and fairly submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 2/4
