Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order dated 08.03.2018 of the 2nd respondent herein and to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner afresh after getting necessary records to provide domestic electricity service connection to the petitioner's small hut bearing Door No.82, Parvaiyattror street, Samiyar Gate, Perumanur Village, Maraimalai Nagar, Kancheepuram District. O R D E R

Though this writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 08.03.2018 of the second respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with the requirements made in the said order by furnishing the documents sought for by the 2nd respondent. respondent may be directed to consider the request of the petitioner in providing domestic electricity connection.

2. In view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to furnish the documents sought for by the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of those documents, the 2nd respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner for providing domestic electricity service connection and pass appropriate orders within a period two weeks thereafter. No costs.
