This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to file the civil revision petition against O.S.No.5061 of 2019 dated 25.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions, this Court finds that the revision petitioners have made out a prima facie case. Therefore, leave is granted.
