OA.No.262 of 2015 has been filed by the applicant to grant interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants, their men and agents from in any way constructing any additional building in the plaintiffs/applicants' suit property.

A.No.1790 of 2015 has been filed by the applicant to direct the respondents herein to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) towards use and occupation of the suit property morefully described in the schedule.

A.No.4626 of 2017 has been filed by the applicant to stay the trial of the suit in CS.No. 517 of 2013.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he is not pressing these applications. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. Registry is directed to list the suit before the learned Additional Master-III for recording evidence on 15.04.2025.

6. The learned Additional Master-III is directed to complete the entire process within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and return back the bundles to this Court after completion of recording evidence along with a report.
