CMP.No.5182 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Proposed Respondents 6 and 7 who are legal heirs of deceased Taheri K.Dhanaliwala namely (1)Mrs.Fatema Taheri Dhanaliwala and (2)Rashida A.Vagh as Proposed Respondents 6 and 7 be brought on record as the First Respondent herein.

2.CMP.No.5185 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Proposed Respondents 6 and 7 who are legalheirs of deceased Taheri K.Dhanaliwala namely (1)Mrs.Fatema Taheri Dhanaliwala and (2)Rashida A.Vagh as Proposed Respondents 6 and 7 be brought on record as the First Respondent herein.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5.Post the CRP.Nos.1615 & 1618 of 2020 on 25.08.2023.
