Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.M.P.No.5328 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1527 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.23623 dated 24.04.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.N.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by vide order in Crl.M.P.No.5328 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1527 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.23623 of 2018 dated 24.04.2019 in Crime No.2 of 2016, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the gravity of the offence alleged to have committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the investigation is in nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
