This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2021 from the file of Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.770 of 2021, pending on the same file.

2. When the matter was lister earlier on 01.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court directed the matter to be listed after two weeks. Again when the matter was listed on 15.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "For dismissal" on 16.07.2021. 3. Considering the sequence of events, this Court is of the view that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
