This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Op.No.848 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., for further period of four weeks and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
