This application was filed to execute the sale deed for the undivided share of land in favour of the applicant relating to Flat No.19, Third Floor, measuring 750 sq.ft., of Anubhav Abilash Apartments, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061 and comprised in Survey No.94/A (Old Survey No.94), T.S.No.184/a to 184/7 of Thalankancherry Village, Kannan Nagar, Saidapet Taluk, Chennai.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that there is still outstanding due of a sum of Rs.74,000/-. Therefore they were not in a position to execute the sale deed today.

3. Today, the petitioner brought a Demand Draft dated 09.02.2023 for a sum of Rs.74,000/- bearing DD.No.208131 drawn at State Bank of India, in favour of the learned Official Liquidator.

4. Therefore the learned Official Liquidator would submit that he has received the entire consideration and now he is in position to execute the sale deed for the undivided portion of subject property. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

In view of the above, the learned Official Liquidator is directed to execute the sale deed for the undivided share relating to Flat No.19, Third Floor, measuring 750 sq.ft., of Anubhav Abilash Apartments, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061 and comprised in Survey No.94/A (Old Survey No.94), T.S.No.184/a to 184/7 of Thalankancherry Village, Kannan Nagar, Saidapet Taluk, Chennai, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. In the meantime, the applicant is directed to submit all the other documents, which are required, such as ID proof, Address proof etc., before the learned Official Liquidator.
