O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 13.01.2015 in W.P.No.793 of 2015. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order passed in the Writ Petition, an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been passed by the Commissioner of Vellore Corporation

in Na.Ka.No.427/2015/A1 dated 12.02.2015.

3.This according to the petitioner is in clear violation of the order and direction issued by this Court. 4.While disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court observed that without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 15.12.2014. This direction was issued more particularly since the petitioner did not implead the successful bidder as party to the writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner cannot agitate the correctness of the order dated 12.02.2015, by filing a Contempt Petition.

5.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Commissioner, Villore Corporation dated 12.02.2015,in the manner known to law.
