.. Respondent Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent herein for contempt of court and for non compliance of the specific direction given to him by its order dated 4.6.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3542 of 2014.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side)

2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful default of the order passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crl.O.P.No.3542 of 2014 on 4.6.2014.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint is stated to be dated 1.11.2010 and the copy of the complaint is not available with the respondent police and at the relevant point of time, enquiry was conducted and the matter was closed .

4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondent along with a copy of this order and on receipt of such complaint, the respondent shall enquire into the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of complaint and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this contempt petition is closed.
