Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.08.2016 vide No.Mu.Mu.131/ E/ 2010 till the disposal of the above writ petition Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.A.S.SENTHIVEL AGP on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Since the petitioner has already relieved from service in pursuant to the impugned order dated 30.08.2016, the question of granting interim order does not arise. Therefore, this petition for stay is dismissed.
