O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 342, 344, 370(3), 370A(2), 374, 506(1) & 109 of IPC read with Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.24 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is ranked as A7 in this case and it is alleged that A1 in this case joining hands with A2 to A4 involved in sending girls for various dancing programmes and they also forced the vulnerable victim girls for prostitution . A5 to A7 are assisting A1 to A4 and instigated the victim's mother to send the victim to A1's club as professional dancer. But A1 sent her to foreign countries and also forced the victim to involve in prostitution, when the victim refused to accept their threat, petitioner and two other persons forced her to continue prostitution. Somehow, the complaint was lodged, case was registered. During investigation, A1 to A4 were arrested, however petitioner was not arrested and the absconding charge sheet has been filed and the same taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.100 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, 2/5

Alandur, and NBW has been issued.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he further submitted that he was not aware about the absconding charge sheet and further submitted that he is ready to co-operate with the trial Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, it is a serious offence, more particularly, the victim was forced into prostitution and though investigation completed and final report filed, the petitioner is absconding, the opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and file petition seeking to recall of warrant, and on filing of such petition, the trial Court is directed to pass orders on the same day.
