Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's last representation dated 29.05.2020 to rectify the mistake made during UDR Scheme.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's last representation dated 29.05.2020 to rectify the mistake made during UDR Scheme.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 26.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the DRO, the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 26.05.2021.
