This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months in Crl.O.P.No.31918 of 2022 by order dated 23.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
