It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Appeal filed by the respondents in the writ petition, in W.A. No. 1632 of 2011, challenging the order dated 06.07.2010 passed in W.P. No. 1373 of 2010 has been allowed by judgment dated 17.10.2014. 2.
