This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the petition by including the name AKZO NOBEL INDIA LIMITED b.TATA CHEMICALS LIMITED instead of HINDLEVER CHEMICALS LIMITED and STEPAN CHEMICALS LIMITED in the schedule of securities and consequently direct the Registry to amend the Succession Certificate issued on 10.10.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendments to the petition within a period of two (2) weeks from today. On the amendments being carried out the Registry shall amend the certificate granted in accordance with law.
